INVENTORY / CHECK-IN
Our inventory and check-in reports are detailed documents noting each room and its contents within a property as well as the overall condition, which will be supported by high-quality photographs.
CHECK-OUT
Our check-out inspections are performed at the end of a tenancy and accurately record the current condition of the property. We cross reference the original inventory & check-in document/s which is made at the start of the tenancy.
SCHEDULE OF CONDITION
The schedule of condition report only notes down the condition of the entire property and its contents. We will include high quality photographs, information regarding the keys we handled and also take utility readings.
MID TERM INSPECTIONS
These reports are carried out during the tenancy to give the managing agent or landlord an insight on how well the property is being maintained.
