What is your turnaround for reports?

Our reports are available within 48 hours of an inspection taking place.

Why do I need an inventory report?

Without an inventory/ check-in and check-out report, both landlord and tenant can be left in a difficult predicament should an unfortunate deposit dispute arise. Currently, it isn’t a mandatory requirement but if a landlord doesn’t have an independent report in place it can be extremely hard to recover funds for any damages or cleaning issues at the end of a tenancy. It is also very important that tenants have an independent report in place as they wouldn’t want to be held liable for any damages or cleaning issues that were present prior to their move in, which could affect the return of their deposit.
We believe that having an independent inventory report prepared should be a mandatory requirement.

What areas do you cover?

We cover the whole of London and the South East of England. We operate 7 days a week, 363 days a year, from 9.00am to 7.00pm. We have a team of highly trained clerks on standby for any last minute bookings.

What do we charge for our inspections?

Our prices are competitive and we aim to keep them this way.
